We’re excited to announce that registration for the Spring 2026 Body Buster Kids Fitness program is now open!
Our kids fitness program is designed to help children stay active, build confidence, and develop healthy habits that can last a lifetime. At Body Buster, we focus on creating a positive and energetic environment where kids can learn, grow, and have fun while being active.
The program is a great complement for kids who participate in sports such as soccer, hockey, basketball, baseball, and more. Our training helps improve strength, coordination, agility, endurance, and overall athletic performance, while also helping reduce the risk of injuries by teaching proper movement and body awareness.
Throughout the program, kids learn the importance of a proper warm-up, stretching, and cool-down, along with key fitness principles that help them understand why staying active is so important for their health and performance.
Each class also includes fun and engaging activities, group exercises, and games that keep kids motivated and excited about fitness.
Our goal is not only to help kids get stronger and fitter but also to educate and inspire them to value physical activity and healthy living as part of their everyday lives.
