Get Outside. Get Moving. Why Body Buster Kids Takes It Outdoors

News Image

Some of our favorite Body Buster Kids moments don't happen in a gym at all — they happen out on the grass, under the trees, with the whole group laughing, running, and playing together. For part of the year, we take our Kids classes outside, and it's one of the things our members look forward to most.

Why We Move Outdoors

There's something different about training outside. The energy is higher, the games get bigger, and kids who might hold back a little indoors tend to open right up once they're out in the open air. Fresh air and open space naturally bring out more movement, more laughter, and more genuine team energy — and that's exactly what we want every Body Buster Kids class to feel like.

Outdoor sessions also let us run games and activities we simply can't do inside a gym: full-field tag games, relay drills with room to sprint, and yes, the occasional water balloon toss that turns into one of the highlights of the season.

Same Program, Different Scenery

Moving outdoors doesn't change what Body Buster Kids is about. Every outdoor class still builds the same things every indoor class does — discipline, motivation, and confidence — through movement, coaching, and teamwork. The setting changes, but the coaching, the encouragement, and the sense of belonging our kids feel every Saturday stays exactly the same.

When We're Outside

We take Body Buster Kids classes outdoors for certain parts of the year, weather and season permitting, before moving back indoors as the seasons change. Either way, your Body Buster kid gets the same great coaching, the same team, and the same program built around discipline, motivation, and confidence — just with a change of scenery when the weather's on our side.
